Ousted Lethal Weapon star Clayne Crawford to appear in Hulu’s Into the Dark

Clayne Crawford, who was fired from Lethal Weapon last spring after reports of poor, on-set behavior, is coming back to the small screen.

TVLine is reporting that Crawford will star in the scary Hulu anthology Into the Dark, which premiered in October. His installment, which will have a Father’s Day theme, will air in June and features Crawford as a widower who takes a creepy, ghoul-filled trip with his daughters.

Into the Dark is a 12-part anthology series from Hulu and Blumhouse. Each event installment will include standalone, feature-length stories that will drop on the first Friday of every month throughout the year. Each story will be themed to the month’s holiday.

Hulu has not replied to EW’s request for comment.

In May, Crawford got the heave-ho from the Fox drama before it was picked up for a third season. Later, an audio link of his behavior surfaced that showed just how bad it got between him and costar Damon Wayans.

“You’re the biggest crybaby p—y I’ve ever met in my life,” Crawford is heard saying to Wayans, who replies, “Well suck this p—y’s d—k.”

Crawford expressed regret for his behavior on social media.
